Welcome to EAYS Training. First and foremost we are business consultants with over 30 years of experience in how to build and manage a business. Much of our focus has been on standardizing business processes to eliminate customer service issues and set the business up to scale. This can include a mix of technology (software and hardware) to create a system of inbound and outbound workflows employees can easily follow. Sales conversion rates naturally benefit because the message can be fine tuned and optimized over time. We deploy new customer service and sales systems with a concerted effort between management, HR, IT and employees with both onsite and offsite training seminars available. Certifications in both inbound and outbound sales is achieved through a series of classroom training and testing. Online training is available for OSHA and HIPPA certifications, however, we encourage orientation and onsite follow-up training to ensure compliance standards are being met.
HOW IT WORKS
All projects start with careful assessment of the current systems and identification of areas that need improvement.
Setup a free consultation with one of our business growth experts to discuss general needs and complete a business assessment survey. The survey is a series of questions designed to identify the current business strategy, tools available to employees for training and initial areas of opportunity. We want to be your trusted partner and act as an internal resource to invoke rapid change and improvement.
A formal quote is provided to kick-off an onsite visit to complete a scope of work document that will serve as the deliverables for the consulting engagement and estimated hours of work and necessary materials. Most engagements are customized to meet a targeted budget and timeline, however, standard training packages do exist for maintenance training and compliance once the upfront systems are in place.
A retainer is opened and work begins based on the agreed upon rate and schedule to complete the project. Consultants and trainers are deployed to your facility or an agreed upon location to execute the system implementation and training. We attempt to create a dynamic training environment where employees and manager can share their experiences and struggles to improve the communication and cross-departmental learning.
